I recently had a broken toilet that needed to be fixed immediately. My husband went to Home Depot and although they have affordable toilets, the quality was sub-par and I was sure I would need another new one in a year. I called a few different plumbers, and because this was an emergency situation, their prices were ridiculous. I then found Falcon Plumbing; the plumber came out and removed the old toilet and installed my new one within an hour! The quality of the new toilet is top-of-the-line and I didn't have to pay any extra charges for an emergency visit. I can't tell you how happy I was with the service and price. I had a bad back-up of the pipes in my house in the middle of the night. The water was flooding all over. I called this company from the Yellow Pages and I was quite impressed. My call was answered by a dispatcher and there was no answering machine. The plumber arrived quickly. The plumber looked at the situation and gave me a quote to fix the problem. When I have dealt with other local plumbers there were always additional fees and then hourly rates. This was much better. The problem was fixed by a very nice plumber, who was very professional and did not leave a mess. Bottom line, this company is honest and reliable and deserves my comment.”
